What's happening, and where
Coffee Fest brings the specialty coffee trade to Downtown Los Angeles on Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22, 2026. Cafe owners, roasters, suppliers, educators and buyers spend two days on the show floor tasting, sourcing and meeting the people behind the brands.
The exhibit hall runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday and closes an hour earlier on Saturday, at 4:00 PM. Between sessions there are competitions, classes and a lot of standing around espresso machines talking shop.

It sits in the middle of Downtown, next to Crypto.com Arena and a short run from the 110. That's convenient for the show and inconvenient for anyone hoping to park quickly on a Friday morning.

Stop 01
LAX arrival
Flight tracked, so a delay moves the pickup instead of costing you a ride. Meet and greet inside, or curbside if you travel light.

Hotel, Downtown LA
Straight to check-in with your bags. If the booth needs loading first, the stop goes in ahead of the hotel.
Stop 03
Convention center, doors at 10
Dropped at the hall entrance on South Figueroa. No parking structure, no walk from Lot W in August heat.
Stop 04
Dinner and meetings
Evening runs to restaurants, roastery visits or client meetings, then back to the hotel whenever the night ends.
Stop 05
Saturday, floor closes at 4
Pickup timed to teardown rather than to the clock, with cargo space kept clear for whatever's coming back with you.
Stop 06
Return to LAX
Departure timed around Friday and Saturday traffic patterns on the 110 and 105, not a guess.

Why book ahead of the show
Convention weekends are the worst time to sort out a ride on the spot. Downtown parking fills early, surge pricing lands exactly when the hall empties, and a 20-minute drive turns into 50 if you leave at the wrong moment.
Booking in advance fixes the price and the pickup time before any of that starts. Your chauffeur knows the venue entrances, the hotel loading doors and which route out of Downtown is moving at 5 PM on a Friday.
